Stokes Safety can carry out an assessment of the building in accordance with the Deemed to Satisfy Provisions of the BCA and relevant Australian Standards.  The audit report will identify shortfalls and address queries, providing an assessment response identifying the areas of non-compliance including solutions where applicable. These audits are popular for building purchases, due diligence assessments or where there is a specific concern identified which requires further investigation.

 

Safety are accredited with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) which enables us to provide our Fire Safety Engineering services to

DHHS buildings. The accreditation provides our qualified and experienced Building Surveyors, to audit and assess fire risk. We are then able to recommend steps to minimise fire risk, assess and report on acceptable standards of fire safety and assess and report on specific settings in accordance with the Capital development guidelines- series 7.
