We understand the sensitivity of some sites, timing of visits, consideration to occupants, and our appearance. We can accommodate all reasonable requests - just ask that we are made aware when setting up your site.

Supported by desktop auditing, an annual visit is the minimum for our Auditors to assess the ESM compliance and Paths of Egress at your site. To meet your State or Territory’s certification requirement; however, we prefer and recommend quarterly visits to most sites to better achieve
and maintain compliance.

Rather than bombard your ESM Specialist Suppliers with generic emails, which our experience suggests go largely ignored or are directed to an unmonitored inbox, we have people chase follow them up with detailed emails &/or phone calls. Arguably it adds cost to our delivery however it is much more effective and achieves our collective objective in a timely manner.
